Women Entrepreneurship Development
Our Women Entrepreneurship Development Programmes are dedicated to empowering women with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to start and grow their own ventures. Through training, mentorship, and awareness initiatives, we support women in overcoming challenges and becoming financially independent.
We work with rural and semi-urban women across Tamil Nadu — equipping them with leadership skills, business acumen, and access to networks that help them thrive as entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities.

Business Ideation & Planning
We guide women in identifying viable business ideas, developing simple business plans, and understanding market demand to launch ventures with confidence.
Financial Literacy & Credit Access
Participants learn to manage finances, maintain basic accounts, and access micro-credit, government schemes, and SHG loans to fund their enterprises.
Digital Skills & E-Commerce
We introduce women to smartphones, digital payments, and online marketplaces — helping them reach wider customers and grow their businesses beyond local markets.
Legal Rights & Awareness
Training on property rights, business registration, and legal protections ensures women can operate their ventures securely and assert their rights confidently.
Networking & Peer Support
We build strong peer networks and connect women entrepreneurs with mentors, industry contacts, and government bodies that can support their growth journey.
Leadership & Confidence Building
Through workshops, role models, and public speaking practice, we help women develop the self-confidence and leadership presence to succeed in business and community life.
How the Programme Works
Community Mobilisation
We engage women’s groups, SHGs, and local leaders to identify motivated participants and build awareness about entrepreneurship opportunities available to them.
Needs & Skills Assessment
Individual assessments help us understand each participant’s background, existing skills, and aspirations so training can be tailored to their specific needs.
Training & Mentorship
Structured training camps, guest sessions with successful women entrepreneurs, and one-on-one mentorship equip participants with practical business skills.
Follow-up & Linkages
Ongoing support through follow-up visits, peer group meetings, and connections to funding and market opportunities ensure women sustain and grow their ventures.

After completing our programme, Kavitha launched a tailoring unit from home, now employing three other women and earning three times her previous household income.

A self-help group of 15 women, trained through our programme, pooled resources to start a catering service that now serves local events and corporate orders regularly.
Rural Woman Sells Handmade Products Online, Reaches National Buyers
