ETI was established with the belief that true development happens when people, especially women and girls, are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to shape their own futures.
Our journey is driven by a passionate team that understands the realities of poverty, exclusion, and gender inequality, and is dedicated to addressing these challenges through meaningful interventions.

Nurturing local enterprises and promoting self-reliance by equipping rural individuals with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to build their own businesses.
Ensuring access to quality education and empowering young girls to achieve their full potential — building a future where every girl can dream without limits.
Supporting women’s empowerment through livelihood opportunities, menstrual hygiene awareness, and distribution of sanitary napkins and hygiene kits to school students across Tamil Nadu.
