Collaboration with Other Agencies
We actively collaborate with other agencies and organisations to create mutually beneficial initiatives that enhance impact and reach. By working together, we combine strengths, share knowledge, and build partnerships that support community development and social progress.
Our collaborations span government departments, development finance institutions, academic bodies, civil society organisations, and corporate partners — enabling us to deliver programmes at scale and leverage diverse expertise for greater community benefit.
Key Collaboration Areas
We forge purposeful partnerships across sectors, bringing together the right organisations to deliver more effective, wider-reaching programmes for communities across Tamil Nadu.
Government Departments & Agencies
We collaborate with state and central government bodies — including MSME, Agriculture, and Rural Development departments — to implement schemes and extend programme reach to underserved communities.
Banks & Financial Institutions
Partnerships with NABARD, SIDBI, and district cooperative banks help us link entrepreneurs and SHGs to credit facilities, government loan schemes, and financial literacy initiatives.
Academic & Research Institutions
We partner with universities, agricultural colleges, and technical institutes to co-deliver training programmes, conduct applied research, and bring academic expertise to grassroots interventions.
NGOs & Civil Society Organisations
Collaboration with like-minded NGOs and community-based organisations allows us to pool resources, avoid duplication, and deliver integrated development programmes with greater collective impact.
Corporate & CSR Partners
We work with companies seeking to fulfil CSR mandates through meaningful community investment — co-designing skill training, livelihood, and environmental programmes aligned to local needs.
International Development Agencies
Engagement with bilateral and multilateral development organisations brings global best practices, additional funding, and technical expertise to our community development programmes.
How Collaboration Works
Partner Identification
We identify potential partners whose mission, expertise, and geographic presence complement our own — ensuring every collaboration is purposeful and adds genuine value to communities.
MoU & Agreement
Formal agreements define shared objectives, roles, contributions, and accountability frameworks — creating a clear, transparent foundation for productive and lasting partnerships.
Joint Implementation
Partners co-deliver programmes, share resources, and leverage each other’s networks — combining complementary strengths to reach more beneficiaries with better quality interventions.
Review & Renewal
Regular joint reviews assess progress, resolve challenges, and identify new areas of collaboration — ensuring partnerships remain dynamic, effective, and aligned to evolving community needs.
